Stephen Craig Kellams, Jr.

Stephen Craig Kellams, Jr., 41, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022. Craig was born on September 8, 1980, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was heavily involved in Alcoholic's Anonymous and found brotherhood in the recovery community. He enjoyed nature and animals and loved music. Craig was very talented artistically and deeply loved by his family.

Craig is survived by his daughters, Mallory Kellams and Amberly Dabney; fiancée, Kara Kelton, and her children, Kaily Griffin, Dru Kelton, and Ryan Kelton; father, Stephen (Kathy) Kellams, Sr.; sister, Amy Simon; grandson, Jace Hurst; nephew, Bret LeCroy; nieces, Whitney Kellams and Alexandria Ettel; 6 great-nieces and -nephews; stepsiblings; and his faithful canine companion, Elvis. Craig is preceded in death by his mother, Paula (Wright) Kellams.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
