Stephanye Annette Wilson

Stephanye Annette Wilson, 54, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Stephanye was a true blessing from God. She was a loving, humble, strong, faith filled young woman. She loved God, her family, her church and everyone she considered a friend -and that was everyone she knew.

Stephanye was devoted Daughter, Sister, Mom and Gnani. She loved us unconditionally.

She was born on May 26, 1969 in Louisville, Kentucky to Walter and Kathy (Bush) Wilson. She is preceded in death by her Father, Walter Wilson, Jr..

Stephanye is survived by her loving family, Mother, Kathy Wilson; Daughters, Kanesha Wilson, Shauntrice Wilson, and Katilyn Wilson; Grandson, Byron Knott; Siblings, Stephen Wilson, Ruth Wilson, Walter (Yolonda Adams) Wilson, George Bush, Andrea (Gerald) Reeder, Tracey (Mitzi) Wilson, and Shaun (Andrea) Wilson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends to cherish her memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, (4033 Vermont Avenue). Her Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, at Oak Grove Baptist Church.

The family requests that contributions in Stephanye's memory be made to Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
