Stephanie Jo Goben-Cayton, 31, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021 as a HERO. Stephanie was a loving wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. She will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her.
She was born on October 27, 1989 in Louisville, Kentucky to Steven and Ronnetta (Davis) Goben. She is preceded in death by her father, Steven Eugene Goben and grandmother, Shirley Davis.
Stephanie is survived by her loving Husband, Justin Tyler Cayton; children, Damon Ford, Delaney Ford, and Parker Flaherty; mother, Ronnetta Goben; sister, Angela (Brandon) O'Daniel; grandfather, Ronald Davis. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy) with cremation to follow
The family requests that contributions in Stephanie 's memory be made to the family or to Newcomer Funeral home for her services.
