Stella J. (Engleman) McCauley, 63, was called home to be with Jesus on Friday morning, October 26, 2012. She was a member of 18th Street Mission Church.
She was born on March 25, 1949 in New Albany, Indiana to t he late Cecil L. and Bernice (Kays) Engleman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William McCauley; sisters, Betty Elder and Wanda Sisson.
She is survived by her children, Janice "Sue" Tindall (Steven) of Palmyra, Jenny Spalding (Larry) of Palmyra, William "Bill" Lori (Angie) of Milltown, IN; siblings, Delbert Engleman (Betty) of Laconia, IN, Lois Missi of New Albany, IN; grandchildren, Chris Lori of Corydon, IN, Cody and Clayton Spalding, Stevie and Shane Tindall, all of Palmyra; several nieces and nephews; and two special cats, Snuggles and Tiger.
Visitation will be from 11 AM to 6 PM Monday, October 29, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will take place at 6 PM on Monday at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
