Stacey is survived by her children, Jerry Smith, Jr. (Danielle Smith), Cortney Smith, Mallory Smith; grandchildren, Jerry Smith, III, Jaxson Smith, Evander Blair, and one on the way, Cody Meenach, Jr.; parents, Roland and Virginia Fairfax; siblings, Regina Risinger (Buddy), Ray Brock, Sr. (Diana), Shawn Fairfax (Michelle), Ronnie Fairfax (Cassie), Brittany Weilage (Brian); first cousins, Michael, Troy, Heather (Jerry), Johnny, Brandy and Chad; and companion, Jerry Smith, Sr.; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243)
