Shirley Ann Murphy Coulter, 60, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Hallie Jo Murphy and her infant daughter Shawna Murphy.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Coulter; daughters, Melinda Ann Murphy, Nancy Michelle Murphy Mueller and Teri Matiffany Coulter Hale; numerous grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Shirley's visitation will be Sunday, November 17, from 4pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY). Funeral services are Monday, November 18,at 12:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel.
