Shawn Ronald Hamm, age 34 of Louisville, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018. His varied interests included restoring and rebuilding vintage cars, especially from the 50's and 60's Pontiacs, for their car museum. From the steering wheel to the last nut and bolt, Shawn could deconstruct and reassemble most any car. He had a love for music and was a very talented tuba and trombone player. Shawn also enjoyed boating, fishing, spending many summertime days at his grandparent's cabin on the lake at Rough River, and visiting the family home in Florida.
Shawn is survived by his dad, Ronald Hamm; his mother, Amy Hamm; brother, Aaron Hamm; grandfather, Lloyd Hamm; grandmother, Dolores Dawson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be 10:30 am - 1:30 pm on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, with a celebration of Shawn's life at 1:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
