Sharon Seum, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend, peacefully departed from this world on March 8, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. Born on May 23, 1949, in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the beloved daughter of Lambert and Lucille (Spencer) Willan.  Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her guardians, Margaret "Meme" Woehrle, Miles "Doug" Douglas, and sister, Margueritte Borejko.

Throughout her life, Sharon embodied warmth and compassion. She was known for her artistic flair, often found creating beautiful crafts and indulging her passion for sewing. Whether she was immersed in a captivating book or enjoying a cherished movie or television show, Sharon found joy in the simple pleasures of life.

With a diverse career, Sharon showcased her talents as a licensed beautician, realtor, and EEG technician. Her dedication to caring for others shone brightly during her time at PRP lunchroom and Hazelwood Hospital, where she lovingly served disabled clients. A hardworking spirit with a generous heart, Sharon touched the lives of all who knew her.

Her faith was an integral part of her life. A devoted Christian, Sharon embraced her relationship with God, finding solace and strength through daily scripture reading. It is through her faith that she cultivated a deep love for her family and friends, and it is this love that will continue to resonate in their hearts.

Sharon's memory will be forever cherished by her loving daughter, Dana (Robert) Stephenson; her twin sister, Sheryl Mohr; her grandsons, Ryan Stephenson and Parker (Hillary) Stephenson; her granddaughter, Taylor (Brendon) Buff; and her great-grandson, Rowan Stephenson. She is also survived by her dear niece, Shantel (Mark) Ballard; nephew, Brian (Nikki) Mohr; and many extended family members and friends who were privileged to know her.

Her presence will be profoundly missed, yet her spirit will live on in the countless memories she created with those she loved. The family invites you to join them for a visitation from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday March 21, 2025, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM that evening.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions in Sharon’s memory be made to the Kosair Crusade For Children, honoring her commitment to helping others.
