Selina Kay (Zearing) Travis, 50, loving wife and good mother, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. She was born on July 21, 1964 to Gloria (Lozier) Zearing and the late George Zearing.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her husband of 29 years, David W. Travis; children, David D. Travis, Devin A. Travis, Larina Travis; brothers, Larry Zearing (Kathy), George Zearing, Nevin Zearing (Renee); and grandchildren, Jasmine Hensley, Destiny Ora Travis, and Charlie Rogers.
Cremation was chosen and Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Floyd County Animal Shelter (215 W. Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
