Scott Michael Penick, 35, formerly of Louisville, met his Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 7, 2011.
Survivors are his parents, Terry and Linda; brother, Andy; sister-in-law Lisa; nieces, Drewanna, Leah; nephew, Daly; aunts and uncles.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Parkway.
