He was a member of the Millwrights Union of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Scott was born on June 3, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Paul Hornback and Beaverly (Mudd) Hornback.
He is survived by his siblings, Beverly Paulette Peak, Shane Edward Hornback (Deborah) and Wayne Edward Hornback; and many nephews.
Scott's wishes were for him to be cremated, without a visitation or service.
