Scot Allen Duggins
Mr. Scot Allen Duggins, age 48 of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2011. He was the owner and operator of Louisville Notary LLC, was a US Navy Veteran and a volunteer at the VA Hospital. He was the son of Thomas A. Duggins and the late Nancy B. Duggins. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Leslie Duggins-Darnell and his granddaughter Courtney Diane Duggins.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Duggins; brothers, Dean (Sue) and Jeff Duggins; sister, Tara E. Black.
