Savannah Rose Sauer, 22, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Savannah was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend. Savannah never met a stranger and made a friend in everyone she met. She recently began working at AmerisourceBergen. She loved children and they loved her even more. Savannah had a true light about her and will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
She was born on November 3, 1999 in Louisville, Kentucky to Carlos and Laura (Miller) Sauer. She is preceded in death by her father, Carlos Sauer; grandmother, Mary Sauer; grandfather, Malcolm Miller; and grandfather, Joseph Alvarado.
Savannah is survived by her loving family, mother, Laura Sauer; brother, Chad Miller; sister, Makenna Sauer; uncle, John Sauer; grandmother, Marilyn (Bill Scroggins) Miller; step-father, Todd Marlow; uncle, Tim (Kim) Sauer; aunt, Leslie (Hugh) Clines; as well as a host of many cousins, extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions-Southwest Louisville Chapel. Her Funeral Service will at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow at St. Stephens Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
