Sandra Lee Isaacs

Sandra Lee Isaacs, 67, of Hardinsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Sandra is survived by her loving family, Son, William Christopher (Erin) Isaacs, Jr.; sisters, Diane (Danny) Smallwood, Sherry Cogburn; brother, Bill "Spud" Cogburn; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

She had an enjoyable career as a secretary with the Kentucky State Police, and supported her "Brothers In Blue". She was a proud founder of the Dystonia Association of Kentucky, and was featured on the cover of Today's Woman. SHe is recognized as a Kentucky Colonel and has many many more achievements in life. She took pride in helping others, enjoyed volleyball and music, and had a great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel. A celebration of her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

The family requests that contributions in Sandra's memory be made to the American Cancer Association or the Dystonia Association of Kentucky.
