She was born on August 27, 1948, in Bloomington to Albert and Wilma (Barrett) Crites. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her nephew, David Hill.
Sandra is survived by her sisters, Phyllis Hill (Gary) and Linda "Diane" Crites; stepdaughter, Angie; six nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and -nephews; and good family friend, Dottie Titus.
Sandra's wish was to be cremated, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
