Samuel Carl "Sam" Barth, 63, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away April 22, 2011 at his residence.
Sam was born on October 27, 1947 in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Carl August & Evelyn Louise (Kemp) Barth. He served proudly in the United States Marine Corps and was a faithful member of the V.F.W. Post #3281.
Sam will be missed by his sons, Roger Barth (Marisol) and Tom Barth (Kathy); his brother, Mike; his sisters, Sarah, Melinda, and Reba; and his grandchildren, August, Autumn & Reagan. In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his brothers Roger and Warren.
Cremation was chosen by the family and there will be a memorial service planned for a later date. Please check back with us for times of the service.
