Sally Ann Gallegos

Sally Ann Gallegos, 59, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Sally was a devoted Christian and dedicated animal lover & pet owner. She was a loving mother and was delighted to be grandma to 7 wonderful grandkids. Sally was sure to put a smile on everyone's face with her quirky sense of humor and contagious smile. As a loyal VFW and American Legion member she was devoted to helping veterans. She was also a wonderful caregiver to her husband and family. In her spare time Sally enjoyed cheering on her Cincinnati sports teams, riding motorcycles, tending to her bird feeders and gardening from her "she-shed". Sally enjoyed going to many casinos with her beloved husband and as an avid horse lover, she dreamed of one day attending the Kentucky Derby.

She was born on July 10, 1965 in Chautauqua, New York to James and Ellen (Gauby) Spears. She is preceded in death by her Father, James Edward Spears, Mother, Ellen Irene Spears, and Sister, Amy Wilson.

Sally is survived by her loving Husband of 8 years, Edward James Gallegos; Children, Samantha (Ronald) Davis, Joseph Gallegos and Andres Gallegos; Grandchildren, Xiana, Avena, Lovencia, Marcel, Isiah, Enzo, and Isla; Sisters, Kim Stein, Becky (Terry) Mullins, and Debbie (Gary) Farson; Beloved Pet, Coco, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her memory forever.
