Sade' Goldsmith, age 26 of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012. She was employed with the Jefferson County School Systems and was a licensed practical nurse.
Sade' is survived by her loving family, her mother Donna Goldsmith; father, Leon Blevins; brother Leon Blevins, Jr.; and sister, Omega Goldsmith. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012 at Covenant United Methodist Church, 909 West Jefferson Street, LaGrange, KY with visitation there from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Valley of Rest Cemetery in LaGrange. Memorial expressions may be made to the family.
