Ruth L. Hall

Ruth L. Hall, age 99 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Storypoint Retirement Community in Middletown.  Ruth was born on June 21, 1925 to the late Baker S. Leavell and Mrytle Lee Wheeler Leavell in Trenton, Kentucky.  She graduated from Trenton High School was a former resident of Guthrie, Kentucky.  She retired as an Operations Associate with Louisville Gas and Electric with over 29 years of service.  Ruth loved gardening, making things beautiful and her family.  

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Priece Hall; brothers, John and Douglas Leavell; and her sister, Ann Korando.

Ruth is survived by her children, Fred B. Hall (Linda), Linda S. Kuhn (Jim) and Wanda Gale Palmieri (Dave); 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; her brother, Austin St. Clair Leavell; and a host of family and friends.

A private burial service will be held at Lebanon National Cemetery, Lebanon, Kentucky.
