Ruth Ellen (Walker) Miles, 81, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Westminster Village.
She was born on October 8, 1932 in Washington, Indiana. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, James and Evelyn Walker, as well as two brothers and one sister.
Ruth is survived by her daughters, Cathy A. Marsh (Chuck), Cynthia L. Knowles (Russ), Gale S. Gowen (Ray); grandchildren, Valerie Kee (Ian), Ruth Evelyn Vogt (Nathan), Melanie Strelow (John), Melissa Ott (Jeremy), Melinda Wells (Dale), Christina Gowen; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen following Ruth's wishes. Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
