Ruth Aultman

Ruth Macdonald Aultman was born on January 16, 1947 To Virginia Macdonald and Arthur Macdonald Jr. at St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey. She graduated from Rutherford High School in 1965. Ruth went home to be with the Lord on January 22, 2012, she was 65.
Ruth retired from Duke University in 2007 after 25 years of employment. Ruth was employed at the University Of Louisville's School Of Medicine since 2007 where she was the Assistant to The Dean of the School of Medicine. She was an avid Duke and UofL fan, and enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
She was predeceased by her mother Virginia Macdonald, father Arthur Macdonald, and her daughters Cathy Renee Aultman and Crystal Renee Aultman.
She is survived by her children Michael L. Aultman, Sharonda L. Weatherspoon, Lavelle Aultman III and granddaughter Taylor B. Aultman, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 8AM to 10:30AM Saturday February 4, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive. Her funeral service will take place at 10:30AM Saturday February 4, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
