Bell, Catherine Ruby, 86, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 18, 2014. She worked for Kings Daughters & Sons Nursing Home for eight years.
Ruby was born on April 25, 1928, in Elizabethtown, KY to the late Dan Therman Miller and step-mother, Elizabeth Miller. She was also preceded in death by her, husband, Estel Lee Bell; and nine siblings.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth Bell (Peggy), Danny Bell, Brenda Fraze (Frank); grandchildren, Lisa Fraze, Kenny Fraze (Myria), Lee Fraze, Jimmy Bell (Cheryl), Johnny Bell; great-grandchildren, Marina, Analiese, Jason, Bryan, Trevor, Isabella, and Demetry.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ruby will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Penn Run Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital.
