Roy R. Orr

Roy R. Orr , 67, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 20, 2014. He was a member of Apostolic Faith Assembly Church.

Roy was born on July 14, 1946, in Louisville , Kentucky to the late Frank Orr and Velma Pierce-Wilburn. He is also preceded in death by his two sons, Dennis Wayne, Roy Rogers Jr Orr; and one brother, Johnny Orr.

Roy is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nancy Orr; children, Rebecca Orr, Angela Orr, and David Orr (Trish); grandchildren, Sommer, Faith, ShyAnna, and Dalton; seven brothers; three sisters; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Hom - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
