Roxanne Clemmons

Roxanne Marie Clemmons, 45, of Louisville, Kentucky was carried gently away by her heavenly father on November 20th, 2024. Roxanne was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 21st, 1979 as the third and spunkiest child of Arne and Alice Byrd.

Roxanne made a strong imprint on so many lives. Her quick wit and slightly off color sense of humor made her somewhat of a celebrity at workplaces over the years. Her co-workers loved her immensely and she will always hold a special place in their hearts.

She enjoyed looking at old family photos and loved holding each new baby in the family. She loved to laugh and it really was the best medicine for her.

After her beloved husband Jason passed away in 2018, she never failed to provide for her children Leo and Hailey. They will miss her more than words can say but will be showered with love by their loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Jason Clemmons; and her grandparents.

Roxanne is survived by her parents Arne and Mary Alice Byrd; children, Leo and Hailey Clemmons; two brothers, Jeremy (Rebecca) Byrd and Greg (Megan) Byrd; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 29, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana).
