Rosetta Stone Winter, aged 89, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024. A lifelong resident of Louisville, Rosetta loved animals, especially her pets and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her sons, James Winter and William Emerson (Dawn); daughter, Jill Doyle (Daniel); grandchildren, Nicole (Chris) Stevenson, Jennifer Emerson , Rachel and Kinsey Emerson and great-grandchildren, Ava, Landen, Wyatt, and Serayah; along with extended family. Rosetta was predeceased by her mother and father, Viola (Turney) and John Stone; brothers, Charles and Thomas Stone; son, Scott Emerson and grandson, John Hutson.
Rosetta is being cremated with no services per her wishes.
