Rose Slaton, 53, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022.
She was born on September 16, 1968 in Madisonville, Kentucky to Andrew Slaton and Louise Woodard. Rose worked for the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant. She was a graduate of Sullivan University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Accounting. Rose enjoyed traveling, Disney, and her dogs Chloe and Sophie. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended Southeast Christian Church.
She is preceded in death by her father, Andrew Colonial Slaton; mother, Louise Woodard; and brothers, Wilce Williams and Timothy Slaton.
Rose is survived by her loving daughter, Shayla Slaton of Louisville; siblings, Evelyn Nicholson of Louisville, Oleatha Hopson, Otis Williams, and Alvin Slaton of Madisonville, KY, Antionette Slaton of Nashville, TN; and a host of extended family members and friends.
