Rose Mary House, 75, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014. She was a devoted homemaker and retired from H&R Transport. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marie and Thomas Robson; husband, Harold House; daughters, Betty Catherine and Virginia "Wendy"; granddaughter, Michelle Lynn; sisters, Fredaellen Burgoyne and Ola Louise Robson and brothers, James Robert Robson and John Edward Robson.
She is survived by her children, Barbara Huff, David House and Paul "Posey" House; grandchildren, Harold (Michelle), Tony, Carrie, Shannon, Tommy, Donnie and Stephanie; numerous great grandchildren; sister, JoAnn Hinds; brother, Bill Robson; numerous nieces and nephews and beloved poodle Taffey.
Visitation will be Friday, May 2, 2014, from 5pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) and Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 8:00am-10:30am. Funeral services for Rose Mary will be Saturday, May 3, 2014, at 10:30am with burial to follow at Bethany Cemetery.
