Rosanna Harris, 97, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 7, 2022.
She was born in Todd County, KY on January 9, 1925 to Willie and Billie Jones.
Rosanna is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Billie Jones; sister, Nannie Lucille Hairston; sister, Mary Wesley; and sister, Ruth Inez Jones.
She is survived by her children, Michael Harris and Renata Harris; grandchildren, Vincent White, Shawntell Spencer, Michael Miles, Tashiba Spencer, Robin Mucker, April Anderson, and Robert Daniel Lee; brother, Sam T. Jones; several nieces and a host of great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). Her funeral service will follow that day at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
A committal service will follow the next day at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240) at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time.
