Ronald Lee Walter, Sr.

Ronald Lee Walter, Sr., 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Ronald was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and husband. He had a strong relationship with the Lord and was a dedicated member of Cardinal Hill Baptist Church. Ronald retired from Goodyear after over 40 years of service. He loved NASCAR and Slot Car racing and enjoyed spending time watching wrestling. Ronald will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on September 14, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lavander and Margaret (Stucker) Walter. He is preceded in death by his Father, Lavander O. Walter; Mother, Margaret Walter; and Wife, Wanda Walter.

Ronald is survived by his loving family, Son, Ronald (Dana) Walter, Jr.; Daughter, Sherri (Kevin) Stephens; Grandchildren, Michael (Lacey) Richardson, Jake (Jaidyn) Richardson, Kathryn Richardson, Cory Stephens, Dylan Walter; Great-Granddaughter, Kiley Richardson; Brother, Dale (Pam) Walter; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
