Ronald Wayne Disney

Ronald Wayne Disney, 77, loving husband, father, and grandfather of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022. He was a United States Air Force veteran and retired from Pillsbury after 32 years in the Maintenance Department. Ronald was a longtime member of Graceland Baptist Church.

He was born on March 24, 1945, in Pineville, Kentucky, to Luther, Sr., and Barbara (Brooks) Disney. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his brother, Luther Disney, Jr.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Isabelle (Edrington) Disney; sons, Tony Disney (JoLyn) and Mark Disney (Jennifer); stepchildren, Julie (Liu), Laura, and Timothy; sister-in-law, Joan Disney; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Thursday after 10:00 a.m. His funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ronald's memory may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
