Ronald Coleman Casey, Sr.

Mr. Ronald Coleman Casey, Sr., age 74 of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011. He was a member of Middletown Christian Church, 52 year member of Swigert Middletown Masonic Lodge #218, was a Kosair Shriner, member of the Scottish Rite, charter member of Middletown VFW Post 1170, and a Marine and an Air Force Veteran. He was retired from Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Casey is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Martha Jo Veneman Casey; son, R. Coleman Casey, Jr. (Frankie); grandchildren, R. Coleman Casey, III "Trey"; Matthew Palmer Casey; step-sisters, Ruth Holloway and Violet Branham. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral ceremony will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 22nd, at Middletown Christian Church, 500 N. Watterson Trail with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 3 – 8 p.m. with Masonic Services at 7 p.m. Newcomer Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements. Memorials may be made to Kosair Charities.
