Ronald W. "Ronnie" Allen, Jr., 49, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 7, 1967 to Frances Allen and the late Ronald Allen Sr.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a son, Kevin Dywane Allen.
Ronnie is survived by his beloved children, Amanda Allen, Kara Allen and Maranda Moore; his mother, Frances Allen; grandchildren, Makayla Hoffman, Hailey Roller, Devante Jackson, Jr., Deshawn Jackson, Kiyah Jackson, Brandon Allen, Austin Allen, Leah Allen, Emily Allen and Able Allen; siblings, Sheila (Ben) Foster, Tina (Ross) Burnell and Sandy (Mike) Kendall; girlfriend, Susan Bowman; and a host of other family members and friends.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
