Roger G. Morris

Mr. Roger G. Morris, age 65 passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2011 with his loving family by his side. He was an Army Veteran, and a past member of the Jeffersontown Jaycees. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ovel D. and Virginia Belle Sutton Morris, and his sister Jan.

Mr. Morris is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Pamela Potts Morris; children, Cynthia E., Kimberly Dee and Jenny Lynn Morris; sisters, Patsy Foster, Donna Head (Mike) and Marsha Gillihan (Tom); and six grandchildren.

Funeral ceremony will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown with visitation there from 12-7 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:30 am Thursday. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Ky. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
