Rodney Lee Page Sr.

Rodney Lee Page Sr., 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, departed this life on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. A dedicated Journeyman Carpenter at Anderson Wood Products, Rodney proudly served for 45 years before retiring. He exemplified hard work and devotion, especially towards his family, who were at the heart of his life.

Rodney was born on April 4, 1957, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Edwin and Marie (Crain) Page. He was dearly preceded in death by his father, Edwin Louis Page; mother, Marie M. Page; wife, Lisa Lynn Page; grandson, Jaxon Page; and siblings, Barbara, Frances, Nellie, and James,

He is survived by his loving family, including his children: Rodney Lee (Melody) Page, Jr., Robert Louis Page, Randy Lance (Tina) Page, and Amanda Marie Page. He also cherished his grandchildren, Rodney (Monica) Page, III, Taylor Page, Christopher Page, Lilliana Page, Conner Page, Amber Page, Caiden Page, Aiden James Page, Vincent Page, Vivian Page, and Juliann Page; along with great-grandchildren, Henry Page, Isabella Page, and Ace Page. Rodney is also survived by his sister, Shirley (Dewey) Philpot and a host of family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Rodney enjoyed many hobbies that brought him joy, including motorcycles, classic cars, outdoor activities, camping, boating, and grilling. His vibrant spirit and love for life will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). The funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
