Rodney B. "Mace" Creech, 60, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. He retired from the United States Army after 25 years of dedicated service. Mace was an avid reader and could easily be described as friendly and outgoing.
Mace was born on December 6, 1953 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Coleman and Goldie L. (Harris) Goldman. He is survived by his wife, Karen S.(Brown) Creech; children, Christopher, Michelle, Jennifer Creech; step-daughter, Maria Britt; and many good friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Resurrection Life Church (2108 E. 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). Burial will take place at a later date at New Albany National Cemetery (1943 Ekin Avenue, New Albany). Newcomer Funeral Home (3308 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with Mace's care.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
