Robert was born on July 21, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to George and Arleatha Williams. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Norma Jean Williams, Brothers, George Williams, and James Williams.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Lorraine Williams, sons, Robert Williams, Jr., and Keenan Williams, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
