Robert Wayne Pence

Robert Wayne "Bob" Pence, 68, passed away on September 13, 2023. He was an Army veteran who proudly served his country for 23 years. During Desert Storm, Bob received an accommodation for his service to the families of deployed soldiers. Bob was known for "Bob's Fix It" shop and the neighborhood mechanic. His favorite dessert was apple pie and ice cream. Bob was a jokester and could always make you laugh, putting a smile on your face.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Pence; parents, William and Margie Pence and his brother, Thomas Pence.

Bob leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Dawn Collins, Chris (Christine) Goodman, Terri Johnson and Ryan Pence; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Linda (Allan) Breland; brother, William (Ellen) Pence and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, September 25, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 10am-1pm with a celebration of Bob's life beginning at 1pm.

Bob will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Louisville, KY.
