Robert Myers

Robert "Bobby" Myers, 68 of Louisville passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Baptist Hospital East. He was retired from G.E. and had served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. "Bob was a devoted husband, father, brother, and Papaw. He was an accomplished musician, playing both the piano and the electric guitar-Chet Atkins and Jerry Byrd being his idols. He was an avid bass fisherman and Ohio State fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Faye Myers. Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Adeline Myers; a daughter, Cindy Karagianis (Keith) and a son, James Myers; a brother, Dennis Myers Sr. and his grandchildren, Allison and Blake Karagianis. "His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Royal Oak Cemetery, Brookville, Ohio. Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Memorial contributions in memory of Bobby may be made to Kosair Charities.
