Robert Carol Manning

Robert Carol Manning, 88, of New Albany, Indiana, and formerly of Grove City, Ohio, went home to be with his Savior on Saturday, October 8, 2022.
Robert was born in Mr. Sterling, Ohio, then lived with his wife in Grove City, Ohio. He served in the Army Corp of Engineers, then worked at AEP until retirement. He was a lifelong church member, serving many roles at Highland Baptist and Fellowship Baptist Churches.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Donna (Koehler) Manning; parents, William and Martha (Hill) Manning; brother, Bill Manning; and great-granddaughter, Justine Manning.
He is survived by his daughter Lisa (Daniel) Robinson of Indiana; sons Steve Manning of Virginia and Mark (Jeanette) Manning of Texas, 9 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 12, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions - Grove City Chapel (3393 Broadway). His funeral will follow the next day at noon at the funeral home with Pastor David Thomas officiating and burial following at Pleasant Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
