Robert "Sonny" King, 75, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.
He was born on September 28, 1946, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Margie Catherine King; stepson, Mark Brewster; and brother, Larry Clark.
Sonny is survived by his loving wife, Illah King; daughter, Rebecca Lynch; son, Mike King; stepchildren, Sherry Melton, David Brewster, and Scott Brewster; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
His Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Charlestown Road Southern Baptist Church (2404 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana). Cremation was chosen following Sonny's wishes.
