Robert Bradford Hatcher was born to the union of Jacqueline Hatcher and Robert T. Hatcher on Sunday, February 17, 1975, his father preceded him in death.
Robert professed his faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 8 and was baptized at N Street Baptist Church under the pastorate of Rev. Howard T. Reece.
Robert graduated from High Point Central High School, High Point, North Carolina in 1993. He received recognition as best defensive end in high school history. He was a member of National Guard and finished basic training after graduation. Robert attended Kentucky State University in 1996 and made the football team as a defensive end walk on.
Robert worked at various restaurants as a line chef he enjoyed cooking. He was a Journeyman Plumber working towards obtaining his license.
Robert had a personal relationship with God. He was united in Holy Matrimony on September 8, 2013 to Kesia Alim.
Everyone who met Robert loved him. "Mackey" as he was affectionately called, loved to joke around, love his family and could always be counted on to bring laughter and joy wherever he went. Robert received his wings on September 6, 2020 now he is united with his son Isaiah Yusuf Franklin Hatcher, grandparents and his uncles and aunt.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Kesia Hatcher; sons, Antwaun Chandler, Robert B. Hatcher Jr., Rashad Charles Hatcher; daughters; Anjelica Hatcher, Chloe Hatcher, Aminah Alim, Akilah Alim, Ailiyah Alim, Ayesha Alim Glenn(Ja'Que); mother ,Jacqueline Hatcher; In-laws Yusuf and Ann Alim; aunts, Patricia Adams (J.E.) Rose Brutley (Albert) D'Ella Irvin, D'Anne Irvin, Rosa Hatcher, and Madeline Irvin; uncle, Harold Gardner Sr.; grandchild, Carter Farra Chatman ,and a host of family and friends.
