Robert Deuser, Sr.

Robert "Bob" Deuser, Sr., 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 with his daughter by his side.

He was born on July 6, 1962 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late George and Mary (Coomer) Deuser. Bob was a skilled craftsman working throughout his life in upholstery business. Bob was active in the community, coaching many youth sports. He was a man deeply committed to his family and a lover of life.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Deuser; son, Robert "Rob" Deuser, Jr.; parents, George Elmer Deuser, Jr. and Mary Lewis Deuser; sister, Linda Kay Gatewood; and nephew, Kenny Gatewood, II.

Bob is survived by his loving daughter, Erica Leffler (Chris); step-daughter, Brandy Rowe; grandchildren, Christian, Skylar, Gracie, MaKenna, and Braden; brothers-in-law, Kenny Gatewood, I and Jay Patterson; sister-in-law, Debbie Garverich; nieces, Katie (Jim) and Kayse (Josh); nephews, Andrew (Lindsey) and Lucas.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). A service to celebrate Bob's life will follow at 6:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
