Robert Lee Baldwin

Baldwin, Robert Lee 'Bob', 76, of Louisville, KY entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 12, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Louisville on March 18, 1947, he was the third son of the late Alvin Burr and Mary Elizabeth Boone Baldwin.

Bob was a graduate of Flaget High School in 1965, and served six years in the United States Army Reserve. He was a retired proof reader at Standard Gravure in Louisville, KY. Later in life, Bob became a bus driver for Jefferson County Public Schools, and also drove as a shuttle operator at Southeast Christian Church for several years. He was a member of Southeast and regularly attended Thursday services. After retirement, he was an avid traveler. He loved spending time with his late dear Marilyn. He also enjoyed visiting with family and friends in Kentucky and Florida, often escaping the harsh Kentucky winters.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory two sons, Alex Baldwin and Stuart Baldwin; three brothers, James 'Jim' Baldwin (Mary Kay), Raymond 'Ray' Baldwin (Carol), and Richard 'Rick' Baldwin; four nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243). Funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM. Entombment will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
