Robert Arnold Costin

Robert A. Costin, age 88 of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 14, 2013. Bob was a WWII Navy Veteran in the South Pacific, and later became a well-known insurance and estate planning executive in Louisville. He was also a Catholic by faith and a member and usher of the former Mother of Good Counsel Church.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Shirley Frazer Costin; sons, Chris Costin (Mona) and Curtis Costin; grandchildren, Christopher and Nicholas Costin; sister, Joan Roser; a niece, several nephews and a host of friends.

A memorial celebration of life service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Visitation will be there from 4:00 p.m. Friday until time of service.
