Richard "Todd" Grimes, 44, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on November 8, 2011. Todd graduated from Floyd Central High School and loved University of Kentucky basketball.
Todd was born on May 17, 1967 in New Albany. He is preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Grimes. He is survived by his father, Roy W. Grimes (Brenda), mother, Donna K. (Banet) Grimes and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who dearly loved him.
Visitation will be noon to 6 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). His Funeral Service is at 12 noon on Monday at the funeral home followed by burial at Edwardsville Cemetery in Georgetown, Indiana
The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Maple Manor Nursing Home for their support and care of Todd over the last few years.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942).
