Richard O. Breithart
April 20, 1929 — January 24, 2014
Richard O. Breithart, age 84 of Louisville, formerly of North Palm Beach, Florida, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014. He was originally from Detroit, Michigan and was a graduate of Wayne State University. He was a retired attorney and an Army Veteran who served in the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Jack Breithart.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Jo Anne Breithart; 4 children, Mark Breithart (Jodi), Lisa Patton, Janice Eberts (Mike) and Richard O. "Rob" Breithart; 5 step-children and many grandchildren; brother, John Breithart; and a host of family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Signature East and Hosparus for the excellent care of Mr. Breithart.
His wishes were for cremation and for services to be private.
