Richard "Ricky" Moody, Jr.

Richard T. "Ricky" Moody, Jr., age 71 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 7, 2024. Ricky was born February 10, 1953 to Richard Moody, Sr. and the late Helen Chapman Moody, who were both caregivers in his life. He had several challenges during life but strived to overcome them. He attended Cerebral Palsey School and had a large support network of caregivers and friends.

Ricky is survived by his father, Richard Moody, Sr.; his brother, Thomas Lee Moody; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Ricky's life will follow there at 6pm.
