Richard "Ricky" Lewis, 71, of Shelbyville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
He was born on December 15, 1951 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to the late George William and Margie Ray (Goodman) Lewis. He is also preceded in death by his siblings Jay Lewis, Curt Lewis, Betty Lewis, Ronnie Lewis and Bob Lewis.
Ricky is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Peggy Lewis, daughter, Jennifer Burgess (Eric), son Kevin Cook (Kimberly), brother Marvin Lewis (Dori), eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday March 11, 2023 at Olive Branch United Methodist (6383 Zaring Mill Road, Shelbyville, KY 40065) from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at 6:00 pm.
