Richard Kolb
March 23, 1932 — October 4, 2012
Richard Dale Kolb, age 80, passed away at Hurstborne Care Center on October 4, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. He was a Veteran of the Air Force. He was a Graduate of Miami University of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Gladys Kolb and a brother Larry.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Kolb, a son Rich(Michelle) Kolb, a daughter, Cynthia(Darrell)Steward. A brother, Dennis(Cynthia)Kolb, Four grandchildren, Declan and Cameron Steward, Katie and James Kolb. Two nephews, Victor(Vickie)Kolb and Carlos Kolb.
Memorial ceremony will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Lakewood Baptist Church, 13803 Shelbyville Road Louisville, KY 40245. Visitation will be held Friday, October 12 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Lakewood Baptist Church.
