He was born on March 22, 1964 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Dorothy Duffy. He is preceded in death by his Father, William Duffy and Mother, Dorothy Ann Duffy; Sister, Lois Duffy.
Richard is survived by his loving daughters, Brittany R. Duffy, Devonna Crocker, Bria A. Ray, and Brandy Ray; Siblings, Charlotte A. (Glen) Duffy-Gaither, William M. (Sherrolyn) Duffy Jr, Geraldine E. (Cornell) Duffy-Cook, and Martin (Sondra) Duffy, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory forever.
